How will I receive my mockup files after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your purchased files at any time through your account dashboard under the 'Downloads' section.
What file formats are included in the downloads?
Most of our mockups are provided as high-resolution PSD files with smart object layers for easy editing. We also include high-quality JPEG or PNG versions for users who do not use Photoshop.
Can I use Akoya Mockups for commercial client work?
Yes, all our mockups come with a standard commercial license. You are permitted to use them to showcase your designs to clients, in social media marketing, and on your professional portfolio or website.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact our support team and we will resolve it immediately.
Are the mockups compatible with software other than Adobe Photoshop?
While our PSD files are optimized for Adobe Photoshop, they can often be opened in alternative software like Affinity Photo or Photopea. Please check the specific product description for compatibility details.
